Mr. Xinyu Zhang serves as our Financial Controller and Senior Vice President.
Mr. Zhang has approximately 17 years of experience in the finance, auditing and investment sectors.
He started his career at Cosco Shipyard Group, where he was primarily responsible for the financing of the group. He then served as the Deputy General Manager of the finance department at COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry, where he was primarily responsible for financing management and asset restructuring.
Mr. Zhang obtained his bachelor's degree in financial management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and as a Senior Accountant by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China.
