Mr. Shi started his career as a Production Supervisor at Eli Lilly where he was primarily responsible for production management. Then, he worked as a Production Supervisor at MSD, where he was primarily responsible for production management. After that, he worked as the Head of Injectable and Liquid Operations at Boehringer Ingelheim, where he was primarily responsible for production operations. Later, he worked as the Supply Chain Director at JW Therapeutics, where he was Executive Director, responsible for global supply and Shanghai operations. After that, he worked at Qihan Biotech as Vice President, where he was primarily responsible for overall operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President at Juncell Therapeutics, where he was primarily responsible for CMC operations.

Mr. Shi obtained his bachelor's degree in Materials Molecular Science from East China University of Science and Technology and his master's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University.
